Do not update FujiNet to v1.50

Post by Tekman »

I do not recommend you update your FujiNet to version v1.50. SD card detect after booting and disk swap button are broken in this release.

To add, if you already have updated to firmware version 1.50, I recommend reverting back to v1.40 until these issues are addressed with an updated firmware.

I swear I also duplicated the swap issue previously, but it's actually working. I think I see what made me think that for me. If you never boot an image first, pressing the swap button does nothing and the images never rotate in the serial debug. Only after you boot an image first will then allow them to rotate. That has to be what threw me off doing a quick test. I did originally open a case, but it has now been closed because it is actually working. It would be nice if we could actually rotate images before booting and hopefully see that in a future version. Give it another try.

Thom up'ed a Nightly Build last night and Disk Swap is working correctly for me. I haven't heard of anyone else that reported this issue with the official v1.50, so perhaps this issue was isolated to me, you know, GREMLINS!!!

I did reflash v1.50 in order to double check before posting about the issue I ran into, so again I'll say Gremlins or possibly Garbage Pail Kids!
